Nude Kiwi pairs naturally derived ingredients with active botanicals—New Zealand marine collagen, kiwifruit extracts and antioxidant-rich oils among them. The aim is simple: nourish and hydrate while staying gentle on the skin.

Nude Kiwi was created from a desire to develop natural skincare that is kind to both skin and the environment. After two years of development, the New Zealand-made range launched in 2020, combining naturally derived ingredients, botanical extracts and marine collagen in beautifully formulated skincare. With cruelty-free products and packaging designed to reduce plastic waste, Nude Kiwi reflects a commitment to effective skincare with a lighter environmental footprint.

We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from Nelson, New Zealand.

• Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
• Rural deliveries and customs processing may add additional time.
• If your parcel is delayed or you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

We offer secure online payments in NZD, AUD, GBP and USD. Your delivery address sets the currency you pay in and the taxes that apply.

• Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
• New Zealand prices include 15% GST.
• Australian prices include 10% GST.
• UK prices include VAT. On orders over £135 before VAT, VAT is paid on delivery instead, so we take it off at checkout.
• US prices include US tariffs and import taxes.
• Prices for other countries are in NZD and don't include New Zealand GST. Local duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch. If you have any questions about taxes, duties or shipping to your country, our team is always happy to help.

We choose everything we sell carefully and stand behind it. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, the hygiene rule below doesn't apply. Let us know as soon as you can at returns@nznature.co.nz and we'll put it right.

Bath and body products are handled differently from the rest of our range, for health and hygiene reasons.

• We're unable to accept skincare, sunscreen, haircare, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, razors and similar items back for change of mind, whether opened or not.
• Where this applies, it's noted on the product page, and on the invoice and packing slip enclosed with your order.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are a different matter. Contact us and we'll replace or refund.

Glasses cases, lens cloths, mirrors and other non-hygiene items in this range follow our standard returns terms.
