Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don’t charge postage to send a replacement out.

A set of five fantail silhouettes in aluminium composite, finished in glossy black or brushed silver. Strong, lightweight and made for indoors or out.

Hang them in a living area, a garden or a child's bedroom, in a line, a cluster or scattered across a wall. Use blu tack or velcro dots indoors, or small tacks outside. Fixings aren't included.

Each fantail is about 15cm wide and 4mm thick.

We don't offer gift wrapping at the moment, but we're happy to include a message from you. Add it in the notes when you order, along with who it's from, and we'll pass it on with the parcel.

Yes, within six months of the order date, provided the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back with the item, packaged securely for the return journey. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don't charge you postage to send a replacement out. If you can't find your form or you're not sure whether something qualifies, email sales@nznature.co.nz with your order number.

It happens rarely, but ceramics and glass can occasionally come to grief in transit. Let us know as soon as you can, emailing returns@nznature.co.nz with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you.

Yes. A small number of items are restricted for international freight, and if anything in your order is affected we'll contact you before we send it.

Some of it is, and the product page will tell you. Anything made here carries an NZ Made tag. Much of the range is designed in New Zealand and made offshore, and we'd rather be straight about the difference than blur the two.
