Caliwoods is a New Zealand-owned, woman-led company making reusable essentials for the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and nursery. Founder Shay Lawrence spent her childhood on New Zealand beaches and in the bush, and after six years of travel, finding plastic washed up on some of the world's most remote islands, she set out to make living with less plastic easier.

Orders are dispatched from New Zealand with tracked and insured delivery, with USPS completing delivery within the United States.
US tariffs and import taxes are included in our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay. You shouldn't receive a further bill on delivery.

Orders within New Zealand are sent by trusted courier services with full tracking and insurance included. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order leaves us, so you can keep an eye on its progress.
GST is included in all New Zealand prices. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to take bath and body products back for change of mind. Anything that arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered we'll always put right.
