Shipping
Orders are sent with full tracking, and we’ll email your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it.

Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don’t charge postage to send a replacement out.

Clearance items, seconds and a few personal hygiene products have different terms, noted on the product page. Read our full returns policy

Accessories

A beanie, a scarf, a pair of gloves. Small pieces that make the biggest difference on a cold day. Our Possum Merino accessories are light, soft and warm, and more resistant to pilling, so they stay looking good for longer. Easy to wear and easy to give.
