Orders are sent with full tracking, and we’ll email your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it.

Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don’t charge postage to send a replacement out.

We dispatch every order from New Zealand with tracked and insured delivery, with Royal Mail completing delivery within the UK.
UK VAT is included in our prices. On orders of £135 or less before VAT, we collect the VAT at checkout and there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
On orders over £135 before VAT, UK rules say VAT must be paid when your parcel arrives in the UK. We're unable to collect it at checkout or prepay it for you, so we take the VAT off your order at checkout to make sure you don't pay twice. The delivery provider will then collect the VAT, and may charge a handling fee, before delivering your parcel.
If you're buying several items, you may prefer to place separate orders of £135 or less before VAT.

Orders within New Zealand are sent by trusted courier services with full tracking and insurance included. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order leaves us, so you can keep an eye on its progress.
GST is included in all New Zealand prices. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

Clearance items can be returned within one month of your order date, or two months for international orders. Send it back As New, with tags and original packaging, for an exchange, replacement or refund.

How to measure

Measure yourself rather than a garment. Use a flexible tape measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing, keeping it level and snug but not tight. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger.

Bust - Measure around the widest part of your bust, with your arms by your side.
Waist - Measure around the smallest part of your waist, with your arms by your side.
Hips - Measure around the widest part of your hips, with your feet together.

Delivery & Shipping

We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from Nelson, New Zealand.

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
Rural deliveries and customs processing may add additional time.
If your parcel is delayed or you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

Payments, Currencies & Taxes

We offer secure online payments in NZD, AUD, GBP and USD. Your delivery address sets the currency you pay in and the taxes that apply.

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
New Zealand prices include 15% GST.
Australian prices include 10% GST.
UK prices include VAT. On orders over £135 before VAT, VAT is paid on delivery instead, so we take it off at checkout.
US prices include US tariffs and import taxes.
Prices for other countries are in NZD and don't include New Zealand GST. Local duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch. If you have any questions about taxes, duties or shipping to your country, our team is always happy to help.

Our quality guarantee

Clearance items are full-quality stock we're clearing, and they carry our full guarantee.

If a clearance item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at returns@nznature.co.nz and we'll put it right.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Clearance items have a shorter return window than the rest of our range.

Return within one month of your order date for New Zealand orders, or two months for international orders. After that we're unable to take clearance stock back.
Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
Exchanges depend on what's left, which on clearance lines is often a single piece. Email returns@nznature.co.nz before you send anything back and we'll tell you what's available.

Less often than you'd think. Denim holds its shape and its colour far better when washed sparingly. Turn jeans inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, and line dry. Hot washes and tumble drying are what fade and shrink a pair. Airing between wears does most of the work in between.

Yes. Every product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements for that specific garment, along with a how-to-measure section so you can compare against a piece you already own. Sizing can vary slightly between styles, so we recommend checking the guide for the item you're looking at rather than assuming your usual size. If you're between sizes or unsure about fit, email sales@nznature.co.nz and our team will help you find the right one.

Yes. You can return an item for exchange within six months of the order date, provided it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back to us. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don't charge you postage to send the exchange item out. If the replacement is the same price, it's a straightforward swap. If the values differ, we refund your original payment method and recharge for the new item. If you're not sure which size to go for, email sales@nznature.co.nz with your order number and we'll help you work it out first.
