Orders are sent with full tracking, and we’ll email your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it.

Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. Return postage is at your own cost, but we don’t charge postage to send a replacement out.

Moleskin jeans in a brushed fabric with a little stretch and a soft garment wash, with classic five pocket styling and a zip fly.

If you find standard jeans cold, these are the answer, and they hold up to real wear.

97% cotton, 3% elastane, 335gsm.

Classic jean fit. Sizing is in centimetres, so check the size guide against your waist.

For more than a century, Swanndri has created clothing designed to perform in New Zealand's diverse conditions.

We dispatch every order from New Zealand with tracked and insured delivery, with Royal Mail completing delivery within the UK.
UK VAT is included in our prices. On orders of £135 or less before VAT, we collect the VAT at checkout and there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
On orders over £135 before VAT, UK rules say VAT must be paid when your parcel arrives in the UK. We're unable to collect it at checkout or prepay it for you, so we take the VAT off your order at checkout to make sure you don't pay twice. The delivery provider will then collect the VAT, and may charge a handling fee, before delivering your parcel.
If you're buying several items, you may prefer to place separate orders of £135 or less before VAT.

If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within six months for an exchange, replacement or refund. Simply return it in as-new condition with its original tags and packaging.

How to measure

Measure yourself rather than a garment. Use a flexible tape measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing, keeping it level and snug but not tight. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger.

Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, where you usually wear your pants.
Inside leg - Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

Return within six months of your order date.
Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.

Please enclose the returns form that came with your order. If you're unsure about sizing or fit before you order, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
