Crystal Ashley makes homewares, gifts and children's decor drawn from New Zealand's landscapes and wildlife. Designed and made locally, the collections bring a bit of that character into homes and nurseries.

Proudly New Zealand owned and operated, Crystal Ashley has been creating gifts, homewares and wall art since 2006. What began as handcrafted decorations for children has grown into one of New Zealand's leading gift and décor brands. Known for their innovative Kiwiana designs, the company produces contemporary products that celebrate New Zealand's culture, wildlife and natural environment, with many items designed and manufactured locally in Auckland.

We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from Nelson, New Zealand.

• Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
• Rural deliveries and customs processing may add additional time.
• If your parcel is delayed or you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

We offer secure online payments in NZD, AUD, GBP and USD. Your delivery address sets the currency you pay in and the taxes that apply.

• Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
• New Zealand prices include 15% GST.
• Australian prices include 10% GST.
• UK prices include VAT. On orders over £135 before VAT, VAT is paid on delivery instead, so we take it off at checkout.
• US prices include US tariffs and import taxes.
• Prices for other countries are in NZD and don't include New Zealand GST. Local duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch. If you have any questions about taxes, duties or shipping to your country, our team is always happy to help.

We choose everything we sell carefully and stand behind it. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, let us know as soon as you can. Email returns@nznature.co.nz with your order number, and a photo if you can.

If a piece isn't right for your home, we're happy to take it back.

• Within six months of the order date.
• Unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, with the returns form enclosed with your order.
• Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.

Clearance items and a small number of other products have different terms.
