An e-gift card for anyone who would rather choose for themselves. It can go towards anything in the range, from possum merino and merino to silk, bamboo, sheepskin, hemp, linen and homeware.

This card is issued in British pounds and holds its value in GBP. A £100 GBP card is worth £100 GBP whenever it's spent in British pounds, however exchange rates move. It can also be spent in New Zealand dollars, Australian dollars or US dollars, converted at the exchange rate on the day it's used.

For when you aren't sure which fibre someone will reach for, or when you're buying from a long way away. They choose the colour, the fit and the moment, which is usually better than guessing.

The card can be spent in any currency we sell in, so it still works if they shop from another country. When it's used in a currency other than GBP, the balance converts at that day's exchange rate, and anything left over stays on the card in GBP.

Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase, and can be put towards anything on our site.

  • We dispatch every order from New Zealand with tracked and insured delivery, with Royal Mail completing delivery within the UK.
  • UK VAT is included in our prices. On orders of £135 or less before VAT, we collect the VAT at checkout and there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
  • On orders over £135 before VAT, UK rules say VAT must be paid when your parcel arrives in the UK. We're unable to collect it at checkout or prepay it for you, so we take the VAT off your order at checkout to make sure you don't pay twice. The delivery provider will then collect the VAT, and may charge a handling fee, before delivering your parcel.
  • If you're buying several items, you may prefer to place separate orders of £135 or less before VAT.
  • Orders within New Zealand are sent by trusted courier services with full tracking and insurance included. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order leaves us, so you can keep an eye on its progress.
  • GST is included in all New Zealand prices. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Gift cards aren't refundable and can't be exchanged for cash, so it's worth choosing the amount with a little care.

Anything bought with one is a different matter. If it isn't quite right, it can be returned within six months in as-new condition, with its tags and packaging, for an exchange, replacement or refund.

Can I use a gift card for part of an order?

Yes. If your order comes to more than the value on your gift card, the card will cover as much as it can and you can pay the remainder with another method at checkout. If your order comes to less, the unused balance simply stays on the card for next time.
Do you sell physical gift cards?

Our gift cards are digital. They're emailed to whoever you nominate, usually within a few minutes of your order going through, so there's no physical card to post and nothing to physically lose. That also makes them a good option when you're short on time.
I didn't receive my gift card email — what should I do?

Gift card emails are sent as soon as your order is processed, so the first place to look is your spam or junk folder — they often land there. It's also worth double-checking the recipient address on your order, as a small typo will send it somewhere unintended. If it's still nowhere to be found, email sales@nznature.co.nz with your order number and we'll resend it to the right address.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code in the same order?

Yes. A gift card isn't a discount code — it's a payment method — so using one doesn't use up your discount code. Apply your discount code first, then enter your gift card at checkout, and the gift card will be applied to whatever is left to pay.
How do I check my gift card balance?

The easiest way is to enter your gift card code at checkout — your remaining balance will be shown before you complete the order, so there's no risk of committing to anything. If you'd rather check beforehand, email sales@nznature.co.nz with your gift card code and we'll let you know what's left on it. Alternatively if you add the gift card to your Apple Wallet it will automatically show you your current balance.
