If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within six months of your order date for an exchange, replacement or refund. Items should come back as new, with tags and original packaging, and with the returns form enclosed with your order. We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its progress from dispatch to delivery.
Australian GST is included in our prices, so for orders up to A$1,000 the price you pay at checkout is the total. Orders over A$1,000 are assessed by Australian Border Force, which may charge GST, duty or other fees before delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within six months for an exchange, replacement or refund. Simply return it in as-new condition with its original tags and packaging.

How to measure

Measure yourself rather than a garment. Use a flexible tape measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing, keeping it level and snug but not tight. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger.

Bust - Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.
Waist - Measure around the smallest part of your waistline.
Full hips - measure around the widest part of your lower body.
Length - Highest shoulder point to hem at centre front. Will fall somewhere between minimum and maximum lengths given.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right.

Return within six months of your order date.
Items should come back As New, with tags and original packaging. Try something on as you would in a shop, but not worn beyond that.
Return postage is at your own cost. We don't charge you postage to send a replacement out.
Refunds go to your original payment method. The original delivery charge isn't included.
For an exchange of the same value it's a straight swap. Where the values differ, we refund your card and recharge for the new item.
Clearance items have a shorter window, and seconds and a few personal hygiene products can't be returned for change of mind. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page.
