We dispatch every order from Nelson, New Zealand with tracked delivery. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its progress from dispatch to delivery.
Australian GST is included in our prices, so for orders up to A$1,000 the price you pay at checkout is the total. Orders over A$1,000 are assessed by Australian Border Force, which may charge GST, duty or other fees before delivery. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.
